Nicolas has been active in the food sector for almost 30 years, in a go2market role. As a trader in overseas products, he is familiar with import and distribution and the efforts you have to make to get as close to the end customer as possible. Today he is active as coordinator and business developer of CIAGO Foodlab and he supports market guidance, business planning and the approach of an efficient quality assurance system. He is a cross-pollinator with a no-nonsense, entrepreneurial approach and a focus on ‘people & planet’.

Gil has 25 years of experience in management roles in various organizations in the food industry and therefore a sharp eye over the entire chain from farm to fork. As an explorer and connector in the market, he wants to generate impact together with others by fully focusing on the food transition that we are facing. He is passionate about tasty, healthy and sustainable food and as a consultant he fully focuses on this within companies, whether or not parallel to the personal transition of entrepreneurs & intrapreneurs. In his role as coach, sounding board, impact investor & member of Boards of Directors/Advisor within family businesses and startups, he has a strong finger on the pulse of what is going on within the sector.

Steve has been active in the world of R&D for 20 years in his role as Lead Innovation Chef for Unilever. He has learned the ropes from his years of experience in Foodservice in the hotel sector, event sector and Hospitality. Since 2018 he has been active as an independent consultant with Boco Food Concepts where he guides various companies in product & concept development. In addition to this activity, Steve is active in the world of Plant-Based in both Foodservice and Retail. Quality is the greatest common denominator on which everything depends!
